The Carmelite nuns of Cristo Rey will sponsor a novena to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel July 8 - 16.
To be held at the Carmelite Monastery of Cristo Rey, 721 Parker Ave. in San Francisco, the novena homilists will include Carmelite Father Philip Sullivan of Tucson, Ariz. and Carmelite Father Christopher La Rocca of Mt. Angel, Ore.
Masses will be held every day at 8 a.m. and 7 p.m., with a rosary and benediction service at 3 p.m., with the exception of July 13 when there will be Masses at 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. A solemn exposition of the Blessed Sacrament will be held July 14 - 16 at the 8 a.m. Mass.
