Catholic Charities seeks Thanksgiving meal volunteers

Catholic Charities is seeking volunteers to support upcoming Thanksgiving meal events in San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin counties. Volunteer duties include decorating, preparing food, set-up, serving food, leading activities, taking pictures, engaging with families, and clean-up.


Catholic Charities programs and services help the most vulnerable families in San Francisco, Marin and San Mateo counties, by preventing homelessness, providing permanent housing and health stabilization, providing counseling, helping seniors age with dignity, giving children and youth the chance to have healthy futures, and welcoming newcomers with respect and dignity.


Upcoming volunteer opportunities include:
Refugee and Immigrant Services: Thanksgiving Potluck, Thursday, Nov. 17.


Children and Youth Services: Thanksgiving Break Activities, Monday, Nov. 21; Wednesday, Nov. 23.


Homelessness and Housing Services:
Thanksgiving Dinner Support, Wednesday, Nov. 16.


Homelessness and Housing Services:
Thanksgiving Luncheon Support, Thursday, Nov. 17.


Homelessness and Housing Services:
Thanksgiving Prep and Dinner: Monday, Nov. 21.
